The Caló de s’Oli Auditorium plays host to a wide variety of plays, film screenings, concerts and shows. This new facility aims to be a landmark meeting point for the whole town.
Its design includes an open-air seafront amphitheatre overlooking Portmany Bay, with capacity for 300 people, and a covered auditorium fitted with the latest technology, with capacity for more than 250 people.
The standard auditorium has a large 8 x 5 metre screen and a digital projection system (DCP), as well as a refined surround sound system that guarantees excellent acoustics in the room. The PA system, microphone system and stage lighting, controlled from the booth at the back of the room, provide solutions for any technical request. The staggered amphitheatre-style seatingmeans that every audience member has a perfect view of the stage. The size of its stage is perfect for holding conferences, concerts, theatrical performances, congresses and other events.It also has a multi-purpose modular space in the lobby, ideal for exhibitions of all kinds.
