They say some decisions may change your life, and for sure, this is what happened to me in the early 90´s when I decided to begin a long love story with MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, where I have been working for almost 30 years. The company has given me the opportunity to work in many different areas, facing important challenges, travelling all around the world, and meeting great people that went from being colleagues to best friends. From Canary Islands to Dominican Republic or Zanzibar in Tanzania to name just some great places I had the chance to enjoy. Since February 2018 I am empowered with the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for one of the key business units for the Company in its own home land; the new Convention & Congress Center in Palma de Mallorca and the attached Meliá Palm Bay hotel, a project which is moving me with excitement and motivation: the perfect fit for my profile at this stage of my career. It is rich of possibilities and business opportunity, being in Palma itself and being a milestone for the destination, opening the island to new business coming from the Congress & conventions segment.
